to take another look. Why? Because people are still<br />
training their abs wrong so all that training<br />
information should not do the job.</p>
<p>1 &#8211; No Spot Reducing &#8211; Moments not<br />
melt fat from your midsection. Simply<br />
does not work that way. And despite the &#8220;burning&#8221; of<br />
HR from exercises virtually no calories<br />
